Management and Implementation

Role of the Lead
Organisation:
PSDF expects that the
Lead Organisation has adequately qualified and competent personnel available
for following tasks in connection with effective implementation of this project
Overall
Responsibility of Project: The lead organisation will be solely
responsible for the project.
Curriculum and Manual
Adaptation:
Supervision of the curriculum and manual adaptation process which shall be done
by the Lead Organisation through a specialist person. It shall manage and supervise Training of
Trainers. The TOT shall be of at least one week in duration.
Reporting: Lead
organisation shall maintain all training related records and report to PSDFas
per requirements of monitoring guidelines on prescribed formats.
Internal Monitoring:It shall
ensure that training is delivered as per the agreement with PSDF without
compromising the agreed standards including timely and effective implementation
of training curricula.
Marketing/Mobilization: It shall
be responsible for publicity of training program for admissionand selection of
trainees.
Accounting:Invoicing,
maintenance of accounts, receipts and disbursements and other financial matters related
to this project shall be performed.
Market Support: It shallarrange market linkage for
trainees at the end or close to the end of the training period
Note: The Lead Organisation shall engage a
Team Leader for the projectwho shall perform or supervise all of the above
tasks. The Team Leader will serve as thefocal and contact
person for PSDF. For all of the above tasks, the
Lead Organisation will constitute an appropriately sized team.
There is no restriction
on the number of Training Partners the Lead Organisation may engage. The Training
Partners will be expected to engage own trainers and staff or make local
arrangements to facilitate the trainers or staff engaged by the Lead Organisation.
The Lead Organisation may
choose to select /depute Training Partners on a geographical basis or on trade
basis.
